The Bonney Lake Pierce County Library this month is hosting a two-part seminar on retirement lifestyle, housing and care options.

In the first part, “Senior Living Made Simple,” participants will find help deciding among senior lifestyle and care options, led by Laurie Miller from Willow Gardens Retirement Center. Topics include how to talk with a loved one about care, types of communities available and in-home services.

The second part, “Should I Sell My Home?” will focus on helping homeowners get information on the next steps to take from Cathy Morris and Erin Chandler of Windermere Real Estate. This part of the seminar will cover determining whether to sell, preparing a home for sale and what to expect during the transaction.

The seminar is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Bonney Lake Pierce County Library, 18501 90th St. E.
