TONIGHT: Bonney Lake High honors 11 for 2012 Senior Showcase

Tonight, Bonney Lake High School honors 11 of its outgoing students through its annual senior showcase.

Rather than focus on just academics, or just club participation, Senior Showcase honorees are nominated and cherry-picked from a broad selection of accomplishments that represent the chosen theme for the year; in this case, "Excellence of Mind; Strength of Character." 2012 honorees have been chosen for their accomplishments in areas such as drama, FCCLA, academics, athletics, general attitude of respect, and ability to overcome personal adversity.

The Panther honorees this year are:

• Sarah Collins

• Andrew Cunningham

• Mariah Dow

• Jacob Frebe

• Emily Gaub

• Yoselyn Leos

• Jadira Morales

• Cass Neumann

• Emily Richmond

• Zach Jurjevich-Volin

• Zac Wheeler

The Showcase begins at 7 p.m. tonight in the Bonney Lake Commons, with refreshments served afterward.
