Sumner Library closing (temporarily) for construction

The Sumner Library is temporarily closing at the end of this month for construction.
Workers will replace the building's roof and the heating and cooling systems, improve restroom ventilation and install a single, central customer service desk at the library.
The library will be closed from July 30 to Sept. 3.
While Sumner Library is closed, people may pick up books or other items they place on hold, in the library meeting room at the following times:
• 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Wednesday;
• 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday and Friday; and
• 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday.
