Meditation seminar is set

Learn skills to help increase energy and de-crease stress during a free meditation class at 2 p.m. Jan. 9 at Sumner Library, 1116 Fryar Ave.

Participants should take a pillow for use during the training. Certified meditation instructor Brenda Lee Stephens will present the workshop. Benefits of meditation include lowered anxiety and stress, increased energy, and improved overall health and vitality.
