Army soldier suspect in killing of Afghan civilians reported Lake Tapps homeowner

An Army soldier suspected in the massacre of 16 Afghan has been identified according to Tacoma News Tribune as Army Staff Sgt. Robert Bales, who owns a home on Lake Tapps.
