29-year-old Buckley man still missing after raft capsized in Puyallup River

East Pierce Fire and Rescue's Swift Water Rescue Team is aiding Orting Valley Fire and Pierce County Deputies in a search for a 29-year-old Buckley man missing since a raft he was on overturned Sunday night in the Puyallup River.

Six people were rafting on the river north of Orting when their raft overturned. Four got out on their own, one was found later in the evening and treated for injuries.

Search efforts were called off at sunset Sunday night and scheduled to resume Monday morning.
