Eastbound SR 16 closures start up again next week

Night total closures of eastbound State Route 16 will resume next week as crews continue working on new bridge structures in WSDOT’s I-5/SR 16 Eastbound Nalley Valley project.

At 11 p.m. each night from Monday, Oct. 8, through Thursday, Oct. 11, all lanes of eastbound SR 16 will close at South Union Avenue.  The lanes will reopen each following morning by 4 a.m.

At 9 p.m. each of those same nights, crews will close the South Union Avenue on-ramp to eastbound SR 16, and will reopen the ramp each following morning at 5:30 a.m.
