Space is still available for individuals and organizations interested in exhibiting at the Pierce County Livable Communities Fair, April 3 at Pacific Lutheran University in Parkland. The purpose of the fair is to provide a fun approach for presenting educational information and resources concerning important community quality of life issues. Booth registrations will be accepted through Friday.

"We encourage individuals and organizations to join the more than 100 fair participants who will be sharing with the public how we can all work together to make Pierce County a better place to live," Fair Manager Diane Braaten said.

Besides more than 100 booths, the fair will feature special exhibits and workshop speakers. "We welcome any livable/sustainable idea that benefits neighborhoods and communities," Braaten said.

"Count Us In" registration forms can be submitted on-line by accessing the fair's Web site at www.livablepiercecounty.org.
