Two killed in cycle crash

Two people were killed Thursday night as the result of a high-speed motorcycle accident in the rural area outside Enumclaw.
One of the victims has been identified as Seattle resident Randall Toycen, 47. The second victim wasn't immediately named by the King County Medical Examiner's Office, as relatives had not been notified.
The accident occurred on Southeast 392nd Street in the vicinity of 278th Way Southeast. A witness reportedly stated the motorcycle was traveling close to 100 mph when it crashed into a guardrail then went into trees along the road.
Both the driver and passenger were pronounce dead at the scene.
