REMINDER: Ballots due Tuesday in Dieringer special election for levy replacement

Two vying for Director Dist. 1 post on Sumner school board

Two candidates are vying for the Director District 1 position on the Sumner School District’s board of directors.

Charissa Montano and Mike Pavlik are the two running for the position, while Sumner School Board member Sherm Voiles is running for the Director District 5 seat.

In the Dieringer School District, three candidates are running unopposed.

James D. Barfoot fild for the District 1 seat, Pete George filed for District 3 and John McKenna for District 4.

Corey Pawlak, the current District 5 director is not seeking re-election.
