Bonney Lake takes Highline in SPSL subdistricts | Slideshow

Bonney Lake showed its baseball stuff Saturday shutting out Highline in the South Puget Sound District subdistrict playoffs.
The Panthers took Highline 6-0 at Russell Road Park in Kent with senior Nate Potterf going the distance on the mound with eight Ks, three hits and one walk on 80 pitches for seven innings.
Next up for the Panthers is Columbia River in the first round of the district playoffs. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 8 at Auburn Mountainview.
