Spartan golf teams face Fife today

Sumner High's golf teams face off against Fife High today at North Shore golf club in Tacoma.

Both teams are off to an auspicious start in South Puget Sound League 2A, with a winning majority in their match-ups.

The boys team is 4-1 in conference play. Kai Taylor and Connor Smith have each earned the Medalist title twice; Johnny Staley earned Medalist at the most recent match against Orting.

The girls team is 3-2. Anna Babbitt is the team's three-time Medalist this season.
