Spartans take on North Mason in Districts tonight | Sumner Football

Tonight, the Sumner Spartans football team will take on North Mason for the right to the No. 1 State seed.

The North Mason Bulldogs hail from Belfair, Wash. and the Olympic League 2A conference. They have a 4-3 win-loss record in their own conference and a 5-4 record overall.

By comparison, the Spartans ended the regular season with a 6-1 conference record and a 7-2 record overall. The Spartans are top-ranked in South Puget Sound League 2A and their present record places them as the 11th ranked team in the statewide 2A division.

The game starts at 7 p.m. in Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner.
