GIRLS SOCCER: No. 5 Bonney Lake blanks White River in SPSL 3A action

The state-ranked Panthers improved to 6-0-0 in the South Puget Sound League 3A standing with a 3-0 win Oct. 20 in Buckley.
Bonney Lake is currently ranked No. 5 in the Seattle Times polls.
After a scoreless first half, Bonney Lake scored all its goals in the second. Beverly Kobe scored an unassisted goal for a 1-0 lead in the 47th minute of play.
Hillary Colbert scored off a Savanna Moorehouse assist in the 65th minute and Moorehouse scored with an assist from Alicia Bowman in the 77th minute.
Rendi Johnson recorded the shutout as Bonney Lake improves to 11-1-1 overall.
The Panthers will play at Auburn Mountainview Oct. 27.
